Reef Club Cozumel ?

I am interested in the Reef Club Cozumel but not sure who owns it now and if children (teens) are able to use the entire resort. I was just about to confirm a week and now not sure since I don't know if the kids will have use of the entire resort. I have researched on-line and am not sure who even owns it now, resort name, and through RCI what type of unit/amenities we would be able to use.

Any info. would be really appreciated.
