I did buy a few from these guys and it was an extremely long and drawn out process but it did finally go through. I think these guys are a high volume shop so as a result they at times may not have the attention to detail and responsesiveness you may want but they probably won't rip you off.

They are also "alltimevacations-2008". They are not stealing money or anything but there are quite a few negative reports on them and their BBB rating is an F. They claim the low rating is because they won't pay the BBB money for a higher rating. Tuggers have reported issues of rudeness from one of their reps specifically. This is my speculation but it appears to me like they artificially boost their eBay ratings by buying very low priced items which are completely unrelated to their timeshare resale business. Their auctions tend to end up quite a bit lower than the other PCC's and I suspect it is due to their reputation of having a less than smooth closing process.

They have monitored this forum in the past and commented on threads about their issues. They have a business at stake so while it might be slow and painful chances are that in the end a buyer will get what they paid or a refund.

passed ROFR, deed sent incorrectly

so the process is painfully slow, but when you get an Ocean Pointe Plat week for cheap you can be patient. It just requires an email every 2 weeks or so, they respond quite quickly and nicely. I agree, they are a high volume shop and probably with 1-2 experienced folks and 5-10 inexperienced folks so the level of mistakes is rather high. But in my eyes, as long as the deed ends up in your hands (before your first usage), i have no problem waiting.
