We own this fabulous Florida Beach front timeshare unit at the Redington(Tampa area). This huge 3 bedroom, 3 bath, full kitchen, W/D, Balcony unit is the closest unit to the Gulf on Mexico (120 feet).
Both the Master Bedroom and the Living room has access to the balcony which overlooks the Gulf and the amazing sunsets. You can hear the waves from the bedroom.

Note: Furniture just got updated this season.
Pool "maybe" closed after Dec 1 for resurfacing, but the beach is right outside.
Many things to do in the Tampa area.

We can't make it due to the travel restrictions caused by covid-19.

It is locates about 25 miles west of Tampa International airport. Restaurants and shops are located along Gulf Boulevard. The Suncoast Beach Tolley stops right by.

Things to do around Saint Petersburg and Tampa:

The Saint Petersburg Pier
The Clearwater Pier 60
The Dali Museum
Downtown Saint Petersburg
Sawgrass Lake Park
Florida Botanical gardens

For bike riders there's the Pinellas trail, Fort De Soto, Honeymoon Island. The later two also are great for bird watching also.

This will make for a nice social distancing vacation resort. It's a small resort, beach front on a nice quiet beach, balcony overlooks the beach, no need to use the elevators just use the outside stairs to get to the unit, located in an area where there are things to do and still remain socially distance.

Update on pool closure:
Pool is still scheduled for resurfacing on December 1, but construction can get delayed. The resort tells me that they are working with other resorts in the area (they manage others ) to allow guests to use another facility for their pool but this is not a guarantee.

I believe in full disclosure so that there are no surprises for a would be renter, and remember the beach is right out your doorway.
