I redeemed an II AC a month ago for my son and now he wants to cancel and get a refund. I'm pretty sure it can't be done. Before I tell him he's out of luck, I'll ask if anyone has experience with this.

I booked 2 consecutive week II AC's in May 2019 at Marriott MountainSide. Unexpected plans changed in April. Offered to friends and family with no success and posted for free here on TUG. Took less than 24 hours before they were gone. Luckily had II Platinum membership so no charges for the guest certificates. Happy that someone was able to use and enjoy.

You could offer it up in the Distressed forum. Guest Cert required of course.

This is a problem when having others use your timeshare, exchanges, getaways and ACs. They don't understand the fact that once they are bought and paid for, there are no refunds.

Well, when it is free, there will always be takers!
