I just worked through this on TurboTax. There's a worksheet. If you received what you thought you'd get, you can ignore it. If you didn't get the expected amount, you can work through the worksheet and claim whatever you didn't receive as a tax credit.

The other mystery from the CARES act is the up-to-$300 charitable deduction for those who don't itemize. It's on line 10b of form 1040.
