recorded deed for trust points

Hello Folks,

I recently purchased 4k trust points. My understanding is that after closing is done a deed is recorded for trust points somewhere in Florida.

How long it take after closing to receive recorded deed? I have not received it. It has been 7+ weeks since closing is done. Unfortunately the sales person is longer responding.

Once everything was closed and recorded, it took about 3-4 weeks for the points to show up in my Marriott account.

Points show up in my account too.

The closing paperwork shows that a deed will be recorded for trust points in Lakeland, FL. I am expecting MVC to send to me after they receive it back from recorder. If we ever sell the points then my understanding is we will need a copy of deed.

Yes you get a physical deed after it’s recorded. If nobody has responded by Saturday evening when I get back home, I will look at my deeds and see if I can give you an estimate. If my memory is correct, I seem to recall it took a few months before I received it.
