We are planning trip to Branson and thinking of a day trip to Eureka Springs, 1 hour away. I have read Trip Advisor's 15 top things to do in Eureka Springs.
Any other " good things to do" tips, recommendations, appreciated.
also restaurant recommendations appreciated.
thank you

You might consider Turpentine Creek which is not far from Eureka Springs. It's a big cat rescue facility...lions. tigers, etc, Also, Cresent Hotel which has been featured on several ghost hunting programs.

It was MANY years ago that we exchanged into Branson and spent a day in Eureka Springs, AK. There were several little interesting shops, beautiful architecture, and a neat coffee shop that we visited where a friendly, retired teacher suggested we take the time to visit the Blue Springs Heritage Center and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista, AK. Enjoyed both. We,also, visited the Crescent Hotel which was fun and beautiful. We found the area very friendly.

Our very first Timeshare was in Eureka Springs the Grand Victorian in 1987! They allowed us to relinquish it as they no longer full filled their promised amenities. Right in the heart of the downtown area.
