Is it possible to recind a timeshare contract when the closing paperwork is recieved? It is a Marriott and now with the economy the way it is. I am hard pressed. I signed the contract in June and I just got the closing documents this week...Any advice is appreciated.

Cooling Off Period Starts When Purchase Documents Are Signed.

Any advice is appreciated.
If it's a full-freight purchase from the timeshare company, the clock starts running on the Rescission Period when the purchase documents are signed.

I don't think any whole new cooling off period starts when the deed & settlement documents, etc., are received once closing has been completed.

You can't afford to pay is no defense. But you were fraud in the inducemant is. Go to a local law school and see if their legal clinic can help of take a course in paralegal at a community college. If you put up a fight their legal expenses might allow you to make a good settlement.
