Recinded HI contract according to their terms and haven't heard back!

It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from Holiday Inn Resorts. The CC charge went through also. Should I contact someone else about the cancelation or just wait??

Which HI resort was it? Did you send the rescission letter USPS certified? If both you and your SO both signed the TS contract, does the rescission letter have your hands, signatures, and contract number? What was the sales price of your Ts contract?

Refunds can take as long as 45 days.

Patience Marek1069. The seller is REQUIRED by law to process your rescission, however they are not required to acknowledge or keep you informed as to its progress. That's why we recommend return receipt of rescission mailings. But never fear. It will be processed and you'll be reunited with your money.
