Received Horizons Branson Proposed 2009 Maintenance Fees

We received the proposed 2009 maintenance fees for Horizons Branson. They are $736.10 - 6% increase from 2008. Biennial is $368.05.

2008 fees were $694.43.

Are those number for a 2br Lockout and does that include taxes?

Yes, 2 bedroom (either lock off or dedicated) and it includes the taxes.
