Received Costco.com Order and it was Incorrect

Hi,

I know we have Costco experts in our group. I ordered my grandson some clothes for this birthday coming up and instead of his shirts I received pajamas for woman. How would I go about correcting this? Is there someplace on Costco.com to contact a return specialist? Just trying to figure out the right protocol... I looked around the site for some time and thought instead of wasting any more time, I would ask the experts...thanks

That’s unfortunate, but with the order volume happening right now, mistakes are sure to happen.

You can return the order to your local warehouse. Just take your order receipt with you, so they can give you back the full amount, including shipping. There won’t be any problem. (You can find the receipt in the email confirmation you got when placing the order.)

If you don’t want to go into the warehouse, call the Customer Service number on the Costco.com website.

Dave, someone said you can order food from Costco, delivered same day with hot and cold items delivered, even rotisserie chicken. I don’t see that when I look on line. How nice that would be, is it true and how do you do it?

I think same-day food delivery is only available "in certain areas," and it's through Instacart. There also is a shopping thing where you can order groceries from the Costco website, if it's available in your area. You'd have to ask. Best thing would be to call your closest warehouse and ask what's available to you. Good luck!
