I made an inquiry to Susan Duncan of Duncan Escrow (Duncansjs@aol.com) regarding the transfer delay people are currently experiencing with Marriott and here is her response:
"Marriott is taking 8 weeks to transfer but it is getting better. They fired everyone in the owners modifications department and then rehired everyone but Sharon Guierra and Deborah the Manager. It was absolutely awful over there for a while. ROFR's are going quickly; it is just the transfers. They didn't work for 3 weeks and have changed everything over there".
Personally, I find it interesting that they fired everyone and then hired most of them back. Must have been a reason, but I have no idea what it was.
