What kind of week are you trying to sell. It is Platinum Plus? If so, use the advice in post #2. If it is a lower season, you may have a tough time selling it. Some of the low season (gold) weeks may not be easy to get rid of.

Given Closing Costs and maint fees it's very hard. The recommendation in #2 has a lot of sales of hoa inventory. Personally I would look elsewhere. Concierge Realty sold me two of ours.
