RCI Xchange for Xmas. Details not at resort yet?!

Hi All

I have a reservation through RCI for Cypress Palms for Xmas Week. I just called them to see if they have my details in the system as I wanted to state my room preferances, but they don't have my details in the system as yet.....I'm just wondering whether they should or should not have them by know?....RCI are closed for the evening so thought I'd ask here.

It will be easier to answer your question if you say when the reservation was made.
