The resort directory only shows which resorts are affiliated with RCI - it doesn't meant that they ever deposit anything.

With popular resorts with high demand/low availability, you never see the deposits online even if there are any, because they are snagged with on-going searches before they ever make it online.

That is why an early OGS is the most effective way to get an exchange.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
That's one of many Wyndham managed private owner vacation homes. They appear primarily as rentals. They aren't timeshares. One of the perks of letting Wyndham manage your vacation home, Wyndham will also rent out your vacation home when you are not using it through its various rental arms. The only weeks that get deposited for exchange with RCI are off off season when they don't think they will rent it out. Even in the off season when they are available for exchange they often have the $200-$500 cleaning fee in addition to the exchange fee depending on the size of the unit.

They also let you pick up to 5 weeks to deposit into what looks like RCI. They are generally high end vacation homes that rent for more than your typical RCI exchange so my guess again would be if any weeks are deposited they will be the most off season of the off season.
