Hi Everyone,

I am a pretty new Wyndham owner and just did my first RCI exchange. I was lucky enough to get a 1 Bedroom Disney's Beach Club Villas for a week in September 2012. However, since they upgraded the website, my points are still showing as available and I have no weeks confirmed. Prior to the upgrade I called Disney and got my DVC reservation number. It is still showing up in the Disney system. Should I be worried? Has this happened to any of you?

TIA!

Upgrades often cause little glitches. Call RCI and see if they *also* have a record of it. The phone reps should have access to the back-end system, and will know what's "really there".

For what it's worth, I confirmed a week via the portal this past August. It is still showing in my account. But, when I first made it, it did take several days for the points to be deducted.

Thanks Brian. You're my timeshare hero/guru! I called RCI and the reservation is there and all is well.
