Just cancelled the confirmed week
Got back my TP of 13
My original payment was 189 but only got back on the screen 179

Why? 10 dollars less

Nothing shows in my balance

Where do I see my balance?

Ok I put one on Hold, for 7

Want to confirm but want to make sure the money comes out of the balance.

where or what is the six month part of this?

on the confirmation screen on the right, you will see the credit. It will come out of the credit balance when you confirm. If it doesn't, call RCI.

You have 6 months to use the credit from the time you cancelled the week.

That happened to me too - cancelled an exchange that had insurance on it and only got back $179, not the $189. I called and after a brief go-around with the rep got the $10 too.

I hate crap like this. It's systemic theft to my mind. How many people do not catch the shortage of the $10? It's easy to miss as the exchange fee changed and it's easy to think "oh, I must have done this before the fee increase". They can spend time and money 'upgrading the system' every weekend but can't catch a 'mis-program' that steals $10 from every cancellation?? Huh-uh.
