I have not owned a t/s in a few years ( I liquidated due to the recession). I am thinking of purchasing a new one. My previous star trader was a Summer Myrtle Beach; however, not really interested in going there. I am however interested in Panama City. Can anyone give me some insight of TPU values for July weeks for 2 BR. Anything would be helpful.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Do you have a specific resort in mind? Off the top of my head I don't think any 2 br summer units are going to get more than 20-30 tpu's. If it is a lock off you might be looking at 40-50 total.
