RCI takes my deposited week and did not tell me I could have used my ONE-PLUS-ONE !

A couple of months ago, I used two valuable weeks to exchange into two International resorts. RCI did not inform me that I could have used the two ONE-PLUS-ONE weeks in my account to do the same exchange!

Do I have any recourse?

Could you exchange them and just pay the cancellation fee?

How are you sure that you could have used them. They have VERY WEAK trading power into their targeted areas.

Hmm, well I happened to be looking in Extra Vacations -- and there they are, available for $385.
