Why can't RCI seem to put the resort number for all their resorts in their on-line directory? Is that too logical?

James,
In which area are you NOT seeing the resort numbers? When I do a search in the 'Resort Directory' I see resort numbers by all the resorts.

It must have been some kind of glitch when I wrote this post b/c everything is fine now. At the time, they were not there. They are in the title as always.

I must be doing something wrong. When I log in to Points, there are no resort numbers listed. I can only get numbers if I go to "community" area and write down the number, or look it up in the old catalog i have. :(

Many resorts are gone.

I am having an even stranger problem. All the resorts (in weeks) that start with a zero seem to have disappeared from the online dirrectory. This includes my own resort 0552. Is anyone else having this problem - or have you noticed other issues. Must be the "new server". Madge, if you are there you need to bring this to your programmers' attention.

Actually, this was going on even before the new server, I think. I reported a problem with resorts starting with 0 to RCI Feedback about three weeks ago. They responded that they were able to duplicate the problem I was having.

It gets worse

Madge,

Apparently when you try to enter a resort number, no matter what it is, in an exchange request you get "Invalid Resort ID". Why does it take 3 weeks to fix these simple problems?

James Rosenberg,

These problems are all connected to our transition to a new server. I addressed the issue here as well.
