RCI Resort Search Questions

If I do a search for Oahu using my week and credits for Oct & Nov 2012 I pull nothing changing to show all resorts I pull 2 resorts. Using my friends weeks she pulls 4 in Oct. and 4 in Nov. at the Kuhio Banyon Club #1297. Credits required are from 20 to 24 depending on the week. I don't pull this resort at all, using the search all parameter. Both our weeks and credits expire Dec.2013. Otherwise we both pull the same resorts/units available.

I thought that since my week is only 19 credits and I only have 2 credits from previous combining that this may be why I don't see the resort but the other 2 I see are worth more credits. One is worth 26 -27 credits, so that being the case I should be able to see the resort. Right?

Other than it being RCI, :ignore: , anyone have any ideas on the reason this could be happenimg?

It may be the VEP. RCI won't show you resorts with a score significantly lower than the one you're exchanging. If you ask them, they can override the VEP. Might be worth a call to see if that's the problem.

If that IS the issue, you won't ever be able to reserve the week online IME.

Combined deposits are not working in the search function since the last major maintenace. You have to choose all available RCI units.

Thanks. i have pulled the resort before so I don't think its a VEP issue. I was using the See all available RCI inventory, that's when we saw the resort under her weeks and not mine.
