I have only been an RCI member since 6/2005 with a FF resale purchase ..and although I have banked 2 weeks for exchange with RCI and use the RCI on line system I have been unable to get an RCI directory and "rules in printed form ...I assume they exist as I have now been told three times that I should be receiving them and 2 counselors said they have ordered them for me yet I have seen nothing and it is now the end of September ..Is there some way to receive what I assume are available materials?? any help would be appreciated...Thanks Tom

When you enroll, you should receive new membership materials including an RCI Directory. Please send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com and enter TUG in the subject line. The Communications Team will be glad to make sure you get them.
