RCI Platinum Free Upgrade from Massanutten Woodstone to Regal Vistas

Vacation Village: Woodstone at Massanutten and Grandview (RCI Points) & the Colonies
I am going to be checking into Regal Vistas this Saturday (1/9/21) for the first time. I have owned Woodstone for over a couple of years now.

I had used RCI to book a 2BR Woodstone unit for the week at 4 TPU and a $159 Vacation Village internal exchange fee.

I put in an RCI platinum complimentary upgrade and exchange request and found out in the last week I landed an upgraded to Regal Vistas. I think that is a pretty good deal ... and also recognize these are not normal times.

Will be working from there during the day some and have kids doing remote schooling. Hope to do some night skiing and tubing if it looks safe. Have ordered the tubing tickets in advance.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Winter is not that popular at Massanutten. Many don't want to pay to stay a full week especially with the resort fees and the high exchange fee if you don't get the VV discount. During the summer and holiday weeks it probably won't happen but even without Covid upgrades to Regal Vista happen.

Congratulations to your nice bump up to Regal Vista. you will enjoy it. the house has its own private grilling deck. (Propane). Has Gas Fireplace in the living room and another fireplace in MBR. The attached garage with opener is also another treat.
We will be at Massanutten the same week. Perhaps we will see you around.....
