RCI Platinum availability in RCI Europe?

I think I read a report of someone who talked to a higher-up with RCI that after the big online system upgrade RCI Platinum would also be available for Europen RCI members.

On the German RCI website there does not seem to be any hint of RCI Platinum.

Does anyone know if or when RCI Platinum will be available in Europe?
