RCI ongoing search

I don't seem to be able to put in an ongoing search on the RCI web page. I imput all the information and it keeps asking me for a "region"??

There has been some speculation that resort ID-only ongoing searches are not working. The "fix" might be to require a region-based search as well. Enter a region/dates that are likely to be impossible.

No, that's not what happened to me! Over the past years I did get several good matches, even after running for a long time, and these were all specific resorts. My regional ongoing searche never worked!

I had the same problem...

Good Morning,

I contacted RCI. I was told it had to do with explorer xp. I was told to hit the button that looks like a ripped piece of paper on the top tool bar, then reload RCI. It works fine now... Hope this helps.
