RCI Ongoing Search - Phoenix/Scottsdale March 2013

I have an ongoing search with RCI for the Phoenix/Scottsdale areas for March 2013. When do you think 2 BR deposits for that timeframe will begin to show up?

There are several SDO 1 br deposits for March 2013. I don't think you will find a 2 br for that time frame in RCI as most owners lock-off to deposit. dawn

Are you referring to just SDO or EVERY resort in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area? You mean to say there will be no 2 br RCI deposits in March 2013? There are several resorts that have 2 Brs that don't lock off. Again, are you speaking just for SDO or speculating that there will be no 2 br's anywhere?

I search March in Scottsdale often. Have only seen 1 br or studios for that time frame. I think most owners either use their unit or rent it at a high profit during spring training. Maybe you will get lucky and match a 2 br dawn

Scottsdate March rentals

We were able to trade into Scottsdale in 2009 but for the large 1 bedroom section of a lockoff. We again were able to secure the same size just last week. I have been on the lookout for a two bedroom and have not found one. Fortunately we only need the room for the two of us. We got it to go to spring training march 2013.

Do you just search yourself online or have you tried ongoing searches? I am wondering if the good 2 br's get gobbled up by ongoing searches, which is why you do not see them?
