RCI offer for $209 fall exchange

I have an offer for a $209 exchange (when calling) for weeks inventory in my rci points account. It is good through Nov 1 when booked by Oct 30. I do not have this offer in my weeks account.
Does anyone have this offer in their rci weeks account. I had a similar one for $199 for the first exchange and $99 for a second exchange good through September when booked by sometime in August. This was in both my weeks and points account.

I see that offer on the RCI home page (before you log in). It doesn't sound like you will see the offer in your account. Sounds like you have to call to get it.

Thanks. I see it on my home page when not logged on but I also see it under offers specifically in my points account but not my weeks. Maybe I will try chat and see what I can do about using it on the weeks side with the coupon balance I have in that account.

There are numbers for both points and weeks in what I posted. It's weird that we can see it when we're not logged in, but there is no information after logging in.
