RCI- no online problems after tomorrow

I just called a RCI vacation couselor to get some info about an unit I confirmed online last night (I won't tell you how long it took me to do it). She told that she could not get online to do certain things right now, but by tomorrow ALL the problems would be solved on their site. In a very nice way, I told her she was dreaming.

frustrated VCs

I bet she was being facetious in her response. I suspect a lot of VCs are even more frustrated then the members right now, and I don't think their expectations are as high as we'd hope.

So their staff are having no better luck than we are? Yikes, what a [nightmare] (I want to call it something else but would definitely not be appropriate).
