RCI membership info needed for resale ownership

I've searched around on here but couldn't find the process for joining RCI as a WM resale owner. Isn't there a special desk/phone number you call to do that rather than just signing up on RCI.com? I seem to recall that info in a post somewhere.

Is there some sort of introductory membership pricing?

Is a WM resale treated as a points or weeks ownership in RCI? I mainly interested in extra vacations and last calls but still would be helpful to know how it is treated.

I called the number and the agent told me that they don't sign up new Worldmark memberships but instead to do it through Worldmark. My Worldmark online account has a Join RCI feature that lowers their standard price from $109 to $99 for a year. Would it be worth calling owner care to see if they know of any other introductory offers?

Update: Called Worldmark, no promotions. Signed up through my Worldmark account.

Thank you for the update. It's been a few years since I re-joined. I didn't know you could do it from WorldMark's portal.
