Once logged in, if I go to any of the member tabs (My Account,
Deposit Your Week, etc) I get the following message:

"Session has timed out. Please login."

This is currently making my account unusable.

I sent a message to customer support but their response was not helpful. They told me to make sure java and cookies were enabled and to check "Use TLS 1.0" in security settings. I have made sure these settings are correct, even made RCI.com a trusted site and enabled all settings. I've tried using both IE7 and Firefox2 and both give me the same error.

Is this something that others have encountered? Can Madge or anyone else help me with this issue?

Thank you,

Jack

Not the same problem, but when loading the main page (www.rci.com), I get a warning icon in the lower left corner of the browser. Clicking the warning icon displays the following error message...

Code:
Line: 38
Char: 4
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL: http://www.rci.com/RCIW/

It's a script error but doesn't prevent me from using the site.

Jack,

If you continue to see this, please send a new message to feedback@rci.com with TUG in the subject line. If you will provide your online password (not the user name since they can obtain that from our end) the Communications Team will be able to test your account specifically. Sorry to hear of the frustration you're experiencing.
