RCI inventory very low for 12 months or 24 months

Hi,

I am wondering how the systems works when it comes to RCI inventory via HGVC. If i look at 12 months from today, their total inventory takes plunge compare to if i was looking at +-250 days from today.

So anyone can share their experience on how to get maximum change with RCI for reservations ?
