What is the best way to get one of these....online or call??? Will they send it to me or our friends who are using our exchange? I just want to make sure everything is done correctly. Thanks.

I guess you saw where I live....actually I can do that (but don't really want to). :D

I just did this for my nephew and used the online tool. I received an email from RCI with my nephew's name on it and just forwarded it to him. I also called the resort to make sure his name was the one on the registration. All went fine.
