RCI going off-line?

When opening my RCI web page, I receive the following message:

"myRCI notification: Please Read!

As of August 15, 2008, RCI will no longer publish, or make content available within the myRCI application. If myRCI is still available on your computer, we recommend that you click the link below to easily uninstall the application."

Then it provides a link for the uninstall.

Has anyone else rec'd this notification? Anyone know what is going on? I'll call RCI directly in about an hour to find out what this means, unless a TUGger already knows.

I dont think they are talking about the rci.com website - I remember quite awhile back having downloaded something to my desktop - myrci - that must be what they mean. That was on my old computer and I never put it on my newer one.
