The front desk hours are M-F 9:00am-4:30 pm,
Saturday 9am-Noon, and closed on Sundays

I had never heard of this resort, so I looked on TripAdvisor reviews, which I always take with a grain of salt. The reviews were all over the place, from horrible to excellent. I'm going to investigate a little further, as I am curious about Venetian Bay.
