RCI Extra Vacations question

Does anyone know the cancellation policy on extra vacations? Is it similar to the penalties imposed on cancelled xchanges or comparable to cancelling a hotel reservation?

I purchased an Extra Vacation a few weeks ago. The cancellation policy is not on my confirmation. The only place I saw it was during the online booking process I copied and printed it. This is what it says,

"If you confirm this Extra Vacation and decide to Cancel, the following indicates what you will be charged, depending upon the date you cancel.
o 100% of Cost of Extra Vacation is forefeited if cancelled 14 days or less before start date.
o 50% of Cost of Extra Vacation is forfeited if cancelled 15 days to 60 days before start date.
o 30% of Cost of Extra Vacation is forefeited if cancelled 61 days or greater before start date

You may not be charged a fee if you decide to cancel this Extra Vacation by the end of the next RCI Business day provided the start date of your Extra Vacation is at least 14 days in the future.

To cancel or change this reservation, please call an RCI Guide."

I remember you have something like 24 hrs from when you reserve to cancel, which is an important point to emphasize.
