Does anyone know what the dates are for the seasons listed on the exchange chart, is it listed somewhere? I.e., what do Prime, High, Value, and Quiet correlate to? Just wondering what my points will get me in rci during certain times of yr.

It varies by location. For example summer in Myrtle beach or Ocean City resorts would be Prime (Red)...winter would be Quiet (White). Popular ski resorts are Prime during ski season. Some resorts are Prime during holidays or special events in the area. This info can be found in the RCI directory under Resort details for each resort.

Actually, the color/season listings in the RCI Resort Directory do not correspond to the Wyndham grid season values. For instance, in the Resort Directory the WDW DVCs are listed as Red year-round, but in terms of Wyndham points via the portal much of the year is High (not Prime) and even some Value season. The best way to tell is by searching via the Wyndham/RCI portal, but that assumes that there is an available unit at the resort you want for the week you want. For DVC (my only area of direct experience, can you tell?) all of Orlando shares a season, so even if there wasn't any DVC available I could tell the season by searching another Orlando resort for the week I wanted. I assume you could do this in other regions where resorts are geographically close, but I haven't tried.

And of course, since it's RCI, they could change the season at any time.

Ok- so with Dvc most of calendar is high? Interesting- what are their value seasons?

When I was looking, I noticed that early to mid May was value and the last week onward was high, I also think there may be some value time during the fall. I can't check RCI right now, but again you could plug any dates for Orlando resorts into the portal and see how the point values correspond to the fixed grid.

Almost all of September and some of October were value season in Orlando.
