RCI exchange fees when based in Europe?

We recently moved to Germany but have an APO address, which I updated my RCI account with after chatting with a U.S-base RCI rep about extending points. I had put my new German address initially and she couldn't process the transaction, so I put both addresses as our APO address. We were then able to process the transaction in USD. (I would have had to call their German office on a weekday to do it in Euros.) She did not know the exchange fees and other fees charged in Euros if I use my German address, and I didn't find them online.

Can anyone in Europe post the fees RCI charges in Euros? We have both points and weeks accounts. I'm wondering if it's comparable with the US prices given the exchange rate and whether I should use the German or APO address going forward. My credit cards all use the APO address.

Thanks!
