RCI exchange confirmation

I made two RCI exchanges over the phone about 10 days ago. I just set up RCI online account and could not find any exchange confirmation. I have not got my paper confirmation either. Is there something I can do to get the confirmations show up online?

Generic you see nothing. If exchange was confirmed 10 days before, I will call Wyndham-RCI VC to ask them resend the confirmation.

My latest RCI exchange confirmation arrived via E-Mail. (Regular exchange week for January 2009 check-in.)

Ditto the 1 before that. (Instant Exchnge week for check-in this Friday.)

Nothing by snail-mail.

Nothing showing under Vacation Plans on the RCI web site.

So it goes.

RCI will fax it to you if you ask them to. In the future when you do exchanges you can also have them email them to you. This is what I do, that way I always have it.
