RCI Cancels May 06 Confirmation to Austria

Would appreciate knowing what RCI will do for me after canceling my May 20, 2006 week to Austria?

They canceled the week because of some problem with repossession of the unit by the resort so that it is no longer available for exchange. I was told tonight that this was done 4 days ago, but no one in RCI called to inform us and no one is available to speak to in Customer Service until Monday. So what will RCI do for us?

The Rules of this BBS state as follows:

"The RCI representatives participating here will not be able to comment on personal account activity questions. For help with individual issues, you may contact RCI via regular customer service channels at feedback@rci.com (include TUG as part of your subject line) or 1-800-338-7777."

Your question is clearly about personal account issues. In addition, you posted another thread on the same issue on the Exchnaging board. As such, I am closing this thread. Please contact RCI as indicated above.
