RCI and the Deposit Calculator

Has anyone been able to use the RCI Deposit Calculator since the "enhancement"? I've been tracking the TPU for a 2012 week that I wanted to deposit. For the past year the week has been at 21 TPUs, the max for this white-time week. Haven't been able to check it since the "enhancement" though. When I recently deposited the week I was told that it was at 21 TPUs. Then for some "reason beyond their control" RCI returned the week saying I needed to contact my resort to resolve the problem. There was no problem with my resort; in fact I was told there was no indication that RCI had even contacted the resort for approval of the deposit!! When I redeposited the week one week later but still just shy of one year ahead of the 2012 week, it was at 18 TPUs!! The supervisor said the TPU is "dynamic" and therefore can change at any time. I feel cheated!!
 
I had the same problem and called tech support. They told me to click on "tools" and then on "compatability view" or "compatability view settings", can't remember which. When I did this it worked. If that doesn't work for you, I suggest you call RCI tech support.
 
Thanks for the tip. I had to install google chrome to get the RCI deposit calculator and other things to work correctly. After using tools and compatability I can use RCI with my regular browser. Thanks. :cheer:
