I received a card in the mail that I would receive a 30% discount on exchange fees through February 15, 2016. Do I have to deposit a week to get this discount?

Yes, I do already have TPU's in my account. Does that mean I have to bank another week to receive this discount?

If the card does not specifically state that a deposit is required, then there is no way to know, unless you call.

The card states "Deposit by 1/31/2016 and book by 2/15/16 to get your discounted exchange vacation." Of course it does sound like a week has to be deposited to get this discount (I did deposit a week late last year) but who knows with RCI?
