All you helpful Raintree owners out there - could you get some information for me (I can't find anything specific out there).

I just found out that Raintree has a deal with the Hola Grand Faro and would like to know what it costs to stay there. It says AI mandatory (of course - it's an AI only resort) and I want to know what the costs per person per day are (but can't find it without being a Raintree owner I guess). Also what are the cleaning fees for this property?

I had myself convinced I wanted to buy a TS at a different property but if this one is a good deal for those fees I would change my mind, we stayed at this property in 2008 (I think the Raintree people were there that week - we could see lots of meetings going on with mgmt, people walking around with clipboards, etc. and you could just tell they were TS people). We loved the place, the food, the location, etc. and would defintely go back if the chance was there - but is this place a good deal? Looks like MF would be on the high side so the AI and cleaning would have to be reasonable to make it interesting.

Thanks!

We have been members of Raintree Vacation Club for over 10 years- and have not heard about this resort- I looked it up on the internet, and although we have stayed in the Cabo resort, it was not this one. I then went to the Raintree members web site and it does not give any mention of this resort. The web site of this resort does not indicate it is a Raintree Vacation resort. Possibly it is in a different timeshare group.
