Raintree Miners Club.
Free EOY Raintree timeshare. Every even year gets 130,000 points good towards a 2 bedroom ski in/out resort at Park City (Miners Club) or any of the Raintree properties. Just take over the EOY maintenance. We just don't use it anymore.

you should probably add more information :

1) EOY year MF cost for the 130,000 points
2) is it even or odd
3) when is next MF due
4) can points be extended in a manner so that saves them or due they require full use in a specified year .
5) what is the resort transfer fee
6) Raintee contracts often list a end of contract year / 2046 is one I have seen.
7) does this contract allow some sort of advanced booking to secure a prime winter ski week at Miners Club - Park City .

All of the above information may help you find a new owner

Important items to help you generate responses:

What are the current annual fees and what is the maintenance fee history?
What is the first usage year- 2020 or 2022 - and the status of annual fees for that year?
Is the ownership paid off, or is there a loan balance the buyer need to assume a loan? (Note that if there is a loan, your chances of finding a taker are very slim.)
What are the transfer fees and how will transfer be handled?
Are there any banked points that would come with the transfer?
The contract termination date?
Are there any special reservation rights for Miners Club, or are these simply Raintree points, equally good anywhere in the Raintree system?

Others might chime in with more questions. Note that I'm not interested in the ownership - we winding down our RVC ownerships. I'm just posting these items to help you make your posting more attractive and informative to people who might be interested.
