Raintree 50,000 annual for free

Hi, looking to give this away.

For 2022 there is 1,000 Raintree points and 51,000 banked RCI points remaining. You'll get another 50,000 Raintree points for 2023 ongoing.

I've been paying the MF monthly and you don't need to reimburse me if you pay the transfer costs thru LT Transfers.

It would help if you provided a bit more info like what resort? Maintenance fees?

RVC is a Point System with multiple Resorts and multiple Affiliates. As for MF it would be less than $1,600 per year. I believe 50,000 Points would get you a 1 Bedroom in High Season in the Mexican Resorts such as Cabo and Cancun. We use to own 80,000 RVC Points. That got us a 2 Bedroom in Mexico but only a 1 Bedroom in Kona.

Thanks geist for posting answers, yes MF $15xx i will look it up. Not many are familiar with Raintree, i wasn't until i got this, see website. Weeks are 30k to 50k points.

Best customer service ever. Great resorts in their club ( i used Kona, Palm Springs, Whistler, plus San Diego on RCI).

MF 2022 was $1571, I've made 4 of 9 monthly payments so $850 remaining. For that you get the 51,000 RCI points transferred for 2022 use plus 50,000 annual Raintree points starting 2023.

Raintree transfer fee is $499, I'll pay half.

Most of the RTU expire in 2040. Though it is possible to accelerate.
