Gone. Passed away in her sleep at 95. Loved her. She always reminded me of my Irish Mum. Will watch "Quiet Man" and "Only The Lonely" this weekend. Sad.......

I'll admit, I didn't know she was still with us. Like so many famous people from "the old days," I assumed she'd passed a long time ago. Glad to know she had a full life, and went quietly in her sleep.

My favorite movie scene of hers, bar none, was the big town fight at the mud pit in "McClintock," with John Wayne. She gets accidentally clobbered, and lands in the muddy mess. Awesome scene.

RIP Ms. O'Hara.
