No GW owners should only be able to book their HOME resort not a resort area.
No, Elite non-Lagoon owners can not book into the Lagoon either unless that is the resort that has been selected as the resort that has 12 month privledges. Right now that resort is Vegas - Strip, but it has been that for over a year now. I expect that they should change it to a newer resort like Waikikian by the end of the year, if not sooner.
