I'm trying to figure out the differences in unit sizes/types for this resort and I'd appreciate some help.
I've read old posts and understand that the Type C 1BR is the ocean view and Type B 1BR is the park room. (Please correct me if that is incorrect.) I also understand the sq. footage of the Type C is a bit smaller than the Type B. This is the part I'm not sure and need clarification: I think the Type C has a separate bathtub and shower unit whereas the Type B has a combo tub/shower unit or is it the reverse?
For the 2BR -- what is the difference between Type A and P?
Also, with respect to beds, both type of 1BRs only have queen size beds, right? Whereas the 2BRs have king beds or do those come with queen only? For the bedroom in the 1BR units -- both types -- are the bedrooms spacious enough to accommodate a pack-n-play + a toddler size air mattress (or a twin sleeping bag) with room for the parents to walk around?
Edited to add another question. I just read the following on the GPP website:
Thanks in advance for your help!

This info seems dated given the reference to the 1999 RCI membership fee. But is the fact of the automatic billing of RCI member fees still true? For existing RCI members can we avoid paying that fee from the annual maintenance fee payment? All RCI memberships expire on December 31st and are automatically renewed each year on January 1st, for all Grand Pacific Palisades owners, at the reduced rate of $59.00 (Regular RCI membership for 1999 is $84.00 per year). RCI membership fees are added automatically to all owners' HOA maintenance fee bills. This fee is subject to the same percentage increase as RCI's regular membership fee, but the percentage increase is capped at the Southern California CPI percentage increase.
Thanks in advance for your help!
