I have booked a 2 bedroom unit (Occupancy 8) at the Sheraton Vistana Resort. I understand this resort has several sections, built over a 25 year period. I am looking for information as to which Units/Sections have vaulted ceilings? and which ones have elevators and how many floors? Any information would be greatly appreaciated.

Thank you

Vaulted ceilings are only available on the top floors, for obvious reasons. The only sections that have elevators are the Lakes and Cascades because they are over 3 stories. I'd take a room in the Lakes section any time over a room in Cascades, and vaulted ceiling or not, I'd take Lakes with an elevator over the Fountains 3rd floor with no elevator, vaulted ceiling or not! The Cascades is in an area of the complex that is TOO BUSY, and you may end up right on SR535, which is comparable to being in the grandstand at a NASCAR Speedway. ZOOM ZOOM - all night long.

Just sent my dd and 3 kids (14, 13 and 12) up and they were in Cascades. They LOVED it!!! Especially the convenience of walking right out the door to everything. The pool at Cascades is my favorite as it has the outdoor snack bar and slide. We own at Fountains and when I've been there I walk over to Cascades pool. JMHO, Linda
