Hello,

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have my 2020 Staroptions for my WKV unit that I want to use to book somewhere else for January 2021.

Now with all the uncertainty regarding travel I just want to better understand my options if I am forced to cancel and what deadlines I have?

I have heard the term restricted staroptions but not sure what that is.

If I do need to cancel is there a way to still bank the staroptions so that I have 24 months to use them?

I am new to Vistana so not familiar at all with the program/policies.

Thanks again!

Also I just tried to make a reservation and it says you do not have enough staroptions for this reservation even tho my account shows 2020 as having enough. Is it because I am trying to book in 2021? Do I need to bank the options first and then try to book?

Thanks again

Do you currently have a reservation with those StarOptions?
Is your WKV an EOY week? If Yes, I suspect it is even?

You have to bank first to be able to make a 2021reservation. Banking deadline is June 30,2020
