question on WM quarterly payment for the credits

Does the MF pay for the previous year credits or next year credits?

For example, for a 7000 account with Oct1 anniversary date, you receive 7000 on Oct1st 2008. Are these credits paid during Oct12007-Oct12008? or are they paid during Oct12008-Oct12009?

The quarterly pay day would be Oct1, Jan1, April1, July1. Do you have a whole quarter to pay for the 1/4 MF? For example, do you have from July1 to Sept 30 to pay for the 4th quarter MF? If you do not pay by Sept30, the account will be foreclosured or suspended or whatever penalty (say credits will be not deposited to your account on Oct.1st?)
